Miss Whitman's class enjoyed investigating and creating designs using pattern blocks and geoblocks. Students used their imaginations and knowledge about shapes to make these creative designs. Using blocks to investigate and predict the results of combining, dividing, and changing shapes is one of the geometry expectations for first grade. Looks like these first graders successfully mastered this objective! Nice job Miss Whitman's class!
