Stop jumping around
What about jumping around! This is an issue at the elementary level where teachers teach several subjects.
Summer Institute – Find out what people need? Try and grow interest in the Summer Institute.
Discussion about polling people in the buildings about what they would like to see for professional development...both models and topics.
Below is a partial list of professional development models currently used in MSAD #11. We discussed where they were used, their purpose, and how effective they were.
There was very strong interest in bringing back the professional development day where folks shared ideas with other teachers.
