MSAD 11 Curriculum Information
Curriculum information for educators, students, and families.
Howard Tuttle, Director of Curriculum
Students will choose a literary character that seems to have similar characteristics to their own and, in a writing prompt, using specific examples, tell how the two of them are alike in looks, philosophy and/or actions.
Students will write an autobiography in response to assigned and self-selected prompts. For six weeks students will be experiencing a writing workshop as they work on their own life stories.
The District Writing Prompt is given to all students at the beginning and end of every year.
