Transcript Request

If you need a copy of your transcript follow the simple steps below to expedite the process.

• Write a letter requesting a copy of your transcript with the following information:
  Your name as it was when you were a student here, the year you graduated (or the year you last attended), date of birth, how to reach you if there is a question, and where would you like us to send the transcript. You may also call the guidance office at 582-3150 to request a copy of your transcript.
• Mail the letter to us at Gardiner Area High School Guidance Office, 40 West Hill Road, Gardiner, Maine 04345 or
• Fax it to: (207) 582-0434 or
• Hand deliver to the high school guidance office

The charge is $4.00 for a transcript request. If that changes we will post it on this page immediately. If you have any questions about this process please feel free to contact the Guidance office at (207) 582-3150.
