Welcome from the Principal
Welcome to the 2010-11 school year!
I am excited to begin my fourth year in Gardiner as Principal of Laura E. Richards School.
A positive school climate has the greatest impact on student achievement. Your involvement as a parent is vital! The staff and I value you and look forward to working with you throughout the year to do what it takes to help your child succeed and be happy at school. There are many opportunities throughout the year for you to be involved in your child’s learning experience, such as PTA meetings, Family Nights, Octoberfest, Parent-Teacher conferences, assemblies, field trips, volunteering, and other school events that are scheduled throughout the year.
