Elements of LanguageStudents will refer to a piece of literature that they have read recently in which the main character faces an important conflict. They will write a word processed essay of -12 pages in which they analyze how one of the characters responds to the conflicts in his or her life, and how he or she changes, or fails to change, as a result of the conflict(s). Students will use specific illustrations from the text.
