MINUTES

Present: Becky Fles, Chair, Dick Rogers, Candace Avery, Richard Heath,

Others: Steve Hunnewell, Paul Knowles, Bob Brown

Absent: Inez Kelley

I. Mrs. Fles called the meeting to order at 7:10 pm

II Discussion
A. The Committee reviewed two drafts of the MSAD #11 6-12 Academic Audit Advisory Committee.
B. The Committee discussed the process for moving forward with implementation of the audit reports recommendations, and how the Board can assist with the process.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
