Dear Superintendent Knowles:

This letter is to advise you that your School Revolving Renovation Fund (SRRF) application has been received and rated for need by the Department of Education.

Your project has also undergone a technical review by the Bureau of General Services in order to determine that you have fully documented your problem, proposed an appropriate design solution, and proposed a cost estimate that is appropriate to complete the work.

An eligibility certificate will be issued for your project for the amount of $678,000. You should receive your certificate in approximately 6 weeks. Upon receipt of your certificate you will be able to apply to the Maine Municipal Bond Bank for your SRRF loan.
