SPECIAL BOARD MEETING
Gardiner Area High School Little Theater
Wednesday, April 9, 2008
7:00 p.m.
PRESENT: Mr. Rogers, Chair, Mr. Hunnewell, Vice Chair, Mrs. Avery, Mr. Brown, Mr. Cone, Mrs. Dunn, Mrs. Fles, Mr. Heath, Ms. Ricker (7:41), Mrs. Shaw, Mr. Trott, Dr. Knowles, Mr. Tuttle, Ms. Disch
ABSENT: Mr. Jermyn
UNEXCUSED:
Mr. Rogers called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. and declared a quorum present.
Dr. Knowles presented the MSAD 11 2008/09 Budget to the Town/City Officials.
The Board of Directors entertained questions from Town/City Officials regarding the budget and process.
Meeting adjourned at 8:15 pm.
