MINUTES

Present: Eric Jermyn, Chair, Steve Hunnewell, Ginger Shaw, Marc Cone, Tyler Trott, Andrea Disch, Paul Knowles

Other: Bob Brown, Diann Bailey, Millie Gould

I. Mr. Jermyn called the meeting to order at 7:17 pm.

II. The Committee members signed warrants.

III. Discussion/Vote
A. Ms. Disch and Ms. Bailey reviewed the proposed 2008/09 Adult Education Budget with the Committee

B. Ms. Disch and Mrs. Gould reviewed the proposed 2008/09 Food Service Budget with the Committee.

VOTED: 5-0 Motion by Mr. Hunnewell, seconded by Mr.
Jermyn to increase Elementary and Middle School lunch prices by 25¢.

VOTED: 5-0 Motion by Mr. Cone, seconded by Ms. Shaw to increase PK-12 breakfast prices by 25¢.

C. Dr. Knowles reviewed the sweeping bids with the Committee. The Bid was awarded to E. C. Berry.

D. Dr. Knowles reviewed the GAHS Siding Project bids with the Committee. The recommendation will be to award the bid to the Sheridan Corporation.

The meeting adjourned at 8:50 pm.
