Paul Knowles, Andrea Disch, Howie Tuttle

Absent: Eric Jermyn

Guest: Bill Cumming

I. Mrs. Fles called the meeting to order at 7:05 pm

II Mr. Cumming facilitated a discussion with the School Board. Topics of discussion
included:
Boardsmanship
Board Operating Agreements
Board Responsibilities
Communication of Curriculum/Academic Audit

Information to the Board
Communication with one another
Reestablishing Board Goals/Priorities

The meeting was adjourned at 8:50 p.m.
