Maine Author, Lynn Plourde Visits Pittston School

On April 29th and 30th, students and staff at Pittston School had the pleasure of working with Maine Author, Lynn Plourde. Lynn started her visit with an all school assembly based on her book, "Pigs in the Mud." Students were chosen to take part in acting out the book.What a time they had!! Staff members had just as much fun as the students!
After the assembly, Lynn held writing workshops in each classroom, teaching our students writing strategies. It was a wonderful experience for both students and staff. Thank you
