Maine Dental Health Out-Reach Inc.

Since the 2006-2007 School Year MSAD 11 has partnered with Maine Dental Heath Out-Reach Inc(MDHO). MDHO is a non-profit organization that travels to our schools to provide free dental care for our students that do not see a dentist on a regular basis. During the 2006-2007 school year 36 students received oral health education and had their teeth screened, cleaned and floridated. This year more than 50 students had their needs met.
Since the 2002-2003 school year, MSAD 11 has partnered with similar organizations.

Each September MSAD sends out letters with consent forms attached. Parents and guardians then send these forms to the school where they are forwarded to Suzanne LaVallee from MDHO. This year parents may also download the consent forms from the MDHO website. If you are interested in having your child visited by MDHO please visit http://www.mdho.org. MSAD 11 will begin receiving consent forms in September.
