POLICY COMMITTEE MEETING

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 10, 2009

MINUTES

Present: Richard Heath, Chair, Becky Fles, Diane Potter, Deb Couture, Tom Farkas, Paul Knowles

Absent: Bob Brown

I. Mr. Heath called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m.

II. A. The Committee reviewed revised Policy BDE.
B. The Committee conducted the 2nd reading of Policies
JRA, IHBAC, Regulation JRA-R, Example JRA-E and
Section A of the Policy Manual.

VOTED: 5-0 Motion by Mr. Heath, seconded by Mrs. Potter to send Policies JRA, IHBAC, Regulation JRA-R, Example JRA-E and Policies/Regulations in Section A of the Policy Manual to the School Board for a 2nd Reading and Adoption.

C.The Committee conducted the 1st Reading of Section B of the
Policy Manual and Policies JICIA and JFCK.

VOTED: 5-0 Motion by Mrs. Couture, seconded by Mr. Heath to send Section B of the Policy Manual to the School Board for a 1st Reading.

III. The meeting was adjourned at 8:05 p.m.
