SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

Thursday, January 21, 2010
6:00 p.m.

PRESENT: Mr. Hunnewell, Chair, Mrs. Fles, Vice - Chair, Ms. Avery, Mr. Cone, Mr. Farkas, Mr. Heath,
Mr. Jermyn (6:07), Mrs. Potter, Mrs. Ricker, Mr. Trott, Dr. Knowles, Ms. Disch, James Schwellenbach, Esq.

ABSENT: Mr. Brown, Mrs. Couture

Mr. Hunnewell called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and declared a quorum present.

VOTED: 9-0 Motion by Mr. Hunnewell, seconded by Mr. Farkas to go into executive session at 6:00 p.m. to
discuss the re-admission of a student, pursuant to 1M.R.S.A. § 405(6)(B). The Board reconvened at 6:07 p.m.

VOTED: 9-0 Motion by Mrs. Fles, seconded by Ms. Avery that the student under consideration be readmitted
to school effective January 25, 2010, and the Superintendent provide the parents and the student with the Board’s written findings and conclusion.

VOTED: 10-0 Motion by Mr. Hunnewell, seconded by Mr. Jermyn to go into executive session at 6:26 p.m. to
discuss the re-admission of a student, pursuant to 1M.R.S.A. § 405(6)(B). The Board reconvened at 6:35 p.m.

VOTED: 10-0 Motion by Mrs. Fles, seconded by Mrs. Ricker that the student under consideration be readmitted
to school effective January 25, 2010, and the Superintendent provide the parents and the student with the Board’s written findings and conclusion.

Meeting adjourned at 6:35 p.m.
