WEDNESDAY MAY 5-Calculus AB exam 7:30-11:30am (at EJP, Inc.)
THURSDAY MAY 6-English Lit AP exam 7:30-11:30am (at EJP, Inc.)
MONDAY MAY 10-AP Biology exam 7:30-11:30am (at EJP, Inc.)
TUESDAY MAY 11-AP Chemistry exam 7:30-11:30am (at EJP, Inc.)
THURSDAY MAY 20-Senior Class Meeting in the theater-advisor time
MONDAY MAY 24-Music Awards/Dinner-4:30pm
TUESDAY MAY 25
-Senior Class Meeting in the theater-advisor time-seniors will pick up and try on caps and gowns at this meeting. You must be present to get your cap and gown. Hang gowns on a hanger TODAY-DO NOT IRON. Be careful not to lose any of these items as we do not have extras.
-CATC Evening Awards Ceremony-invite only

-Senior Supper 5:30pm-a meal in the cafeteria just for seniors served by the faculty.

-No School-Teacher’s Workshop Day.
Sunday May 30
Baccalaureate-Optional attendance. Caps, gowns, stoles and tassels are to be work. More information will be coming.
Tuesday June 1
-Senior Final Exams periods 1-0 & 2-0
-Marching practice period 3 (10:45am-12:15pm)-gym
-12:15pm-Seniors Dismissed
-Academic Awards-6:00pm in the gym
Wednesday June 2
-Senior Exams period 1-B & 2-B
-Marching practice period 3 (10:45am-12:15pm)-gym
-12:15pm-Seniors Dismissed
Thursday June 3
-Class Day-arrive at 7:15am in the theater with cap, gown, stole, tassel. Check with the line leader and wait in the theater for further instructions. (Class Day will begin at 8:00am) Spectators will not be allowed in the senior section during Class Day.
-Funtown Trip-Busses will leave from the front of the school immediately after Class Day and return no later than 4:30pm. Cost to be announced. Payment should be made as you get on the bus that day. Lunch can be purchased at Funtown or you can bring your own lunch. Any senior attending this trip MUST ride the bus to and from Funtown.
Friday June 4
-Mandatory Marching Practice at the Civic Center-All Seniors will meet in front of the school at 7:30am and ride the bus (mandatory) to the Civic Center. Tickets for graduation will be given out at this practice.*see note below on graduation.
Saturday June 5
-Graduation!!! (6:30pm, arrive at the Civic Center at 5:00pm) and report to the assigned senior room. Appropriate clothing is required (please be dressed up). Don’t forget caps, gowns, stoles, and tassels (we don’t have any extras).
-Project Graduation-the bus will leave shortly after graduation from the Civic Center. Seniors attending Project Grad must ride the bus.
Marching practice-be on time, no exceptions. Seniors in danger of failing will not be allowed to march until the appropriate paper work is signed by the teacher and guidance counselor. Seniors who owe books/equipment/money will not be allowed to march until these issues are settled (this does not include books that students still need to study for final exams.)
Graduation- Each senior will be given approximately 6 tickets for floor seating. All other seating will not require a ticket. Handicapped seating will be available. Students who have a family or friend in need of handicap seating need to see Miss Milligan before June 1 to make arrangements. Spectators will not be allowed near the section where the Class of 2010 is sitting or near the stage during graduation. This section will be roped off. Lifetouch photography will be present to take graduation photos (a picture of you getting your diploma). Order forms will be available before and at graduation.
