About GRMS

Gardiner Regional Middle School is located in Gardiner, Maine. Gardiner is a small city along the Kennebec River approximately 7 miles from Augusta, the state capital. Students who attend our school are in grades 6, 7, or 8. They live in Gardiner, West Gardiner, Randolph, or Pittston. Our school has approximately 600 students. We are part of Maine School Administrative District #11.

In 1998 our school was honored to receive a Margaret Chase Smith Quality Award. This award is given to recognize work toward continuous improvement in the school. We continue to work on various projects to improve our school.
