Welcome to MSAD #11

MSAD#11, established in 1959, sits astride the banks of the Kennebec River, just 6 miles south of Augusta, Maine, and 60 miles north of Portland, serving the communities of Gardiner, Pittston, Randolph, and West Gardiner, covering 77.5 square miles. They have a long history of supporting their schools, passing school budgets, supporting renovation and building initiatives, and strong involvement in school programs and activities.

MSAD#11 has seven schools which serve 2,300 students, with 189 certified teachers, 178 support staff members, and 23 administrators. The District enjoys a solid educational reputation, which we believe reflects the quality and commitment of the staff, an enviable level of parental involvement, and low student-teacher ratios.
