Technology Committee Charges
Submitted by tmcguire on November 17, 2007 - 2:22pm.Make recommendations for multidimensional professional development opportunities for staff.
Participate in mentorship around the district as relates to integration activities.
Conduct periodic surveys and assessments of staff knowledge of and use of technology in the classroom.
Develop a short range and long range plan for increasing technology usage (issues and solutions).
Work to have staff incorportate technology.
Keep the district abreast of current trends and district needs in the area of technology infusion.
Communicate to parents as to developments in this area.
Find ways to evaluate the program for students, staff, parents, and administration.
Explore instant application opportunities for staff (lesson plans/models).
