What is your favorite musical moment in high school?  -  My favorite musical moment in high school was the Friday night pep band games because it brought the whole community together and I enjoyed the energy the band added to these games!

How has being involved in the high school music department impacted you?  -  Being involved with the band has allowed me to escape from the pressures of other classes throughout the day. It was a fun way to learn and be able to play music but also not have to worry about homework or tests.

What words of wisdom would you share with the underclassmen music students?  - Some words of wisdom I would like to share with the underclassmen music students would be to enjoy the time and company of your friends in band!  Many of your lasting memories are going to be from Friday night pep band games, playing at basketball games, and marching in the Memorial Day parade. Soak it all in because it will be gone in a blink of an eye!

Congratulations, Jaycie!  Thank you for your dedication to the band and for sharing your musical talents with us for all of these years!!
