What are your plans for after high school (college, major, job, etc.)? - I plan on attending UMA to get a bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene.
What is your favorite piece(s) that you’ve performed in high school? - My favorite piece I’ve performed was The Best of the Beach Boys in chorus.
What is your favorite musical moment in high school? - One of my favorite musical moments in high school is being a part of the pep band and joining the community to cheer on our teams.
How has being involved in the high school music department impacted you? - Being involved in the high school music department has impacted me by helping me become a well-rounded person and student. Being a part of two ensembles has shown me different interests that I never knew I would have and has also taught me to open up and not be as shy.
What words of wisdom would you share with the underclassmen music students? - To underclassmen, when people say high school goes quick, they’re not lying. Take in all the fun while it lasts, and always try new things!
