A big shout-out to GAHS band members, Evan Wells and Connor Bell, for helping to honor our Nation's fallen servicemen and servicewomen this past Monday morning. These two fine musicians were up early on Memorial Day morning performing Taps at 7 different wreath laying ceremonies performed by the American Legion. The members of the HS Band were disappointed this year that we were not able to continue the yearly tradition of honoring our Nation's fallen soldiers in the parade down Brunswick Ave. and the ceremony at the Commons but we're glad that we were able to have Evan and Connor represent the band in the smaller ceremonies.
