Feeling Creative?Looking for something productive to do?

Help design a LOGO for Gardiner Area Thrives!

Gardiner Area Thrives is a group of people representing the 4 communities that make up MSAD #11 (Gardiner, Pittston, Randolph, and West Gardiner). This group, sometimes called a coalition, represents many different categories of people (students, local businesses, school staff, law enforcement, parents, community members, etc.) and is working together to make the Gardiner Area a better place for youth to grow and thrive. The coalition needs a LOGO to help tie together all four communities (Gardiner, Pittston, Randolph, and West Gardiner) and reflect the GAT mission.

Things to consider when designing the:

  • What do you think of when you think about the four communities that make up MSAD #11?

  • What makes these communities unique from one another, yet cohesive as a school community?

  • What do you think of when you think about youth thriving or being happy and successful?

  • The logo should include the words Gardiner Area Thrives and could include a tagline (that you create or could be added later)

  • The image should not be too complicated (not too many colors, etc.) and easily reproducible (as a small or large image) and recognizable over time

1 hour of community service will be awarded to students who submit a LOGO.

Submissions are due by April 15, 2020 and may be submitted electronically to bnewman@msad11.org, mailed or dropped off to HCCA, 11 Mechanic St Suite 101, Gardiner, ME
