Students in Ms. Rivera’s Honors U.S. History Class recently completed some amazing original research following in the pathway of Broadway's inspiring production of Hamilton. Students examined and analyzed primary sources from the time period and selected a person/event they connected with to create original artistic expression including poems, sculptures, plays and original scores. From this amazing group of talented students, three have been selected for a national contest through the prestigious Gilder-Lehrman Institute in conjunction with the producers of Hamilton for their outstanding work.
