What honors festival have you participated in? - District 3 (all 4 years), Jazz All State (Junior year), All State (Sophomore, Junior, & Senior years), All New England Band Festival (Junior & Senior years)
What is your favorite piece(s) that you’ve performed in high school? - Only in America, Caledonia, and Guiding Light
What is your favorite musical moment in high school? - Every year during musical when everyone is so tired from late practices and hard work, the feeling of family that accompanies that is definitely my favorite musical experience from high school.
How has being involved in the high school music department impacted you? - The high school music department has impacted me by giving me a sense of belonging in the high school. Beyond that, without the music department, I never would have met anyone I'm close to today who constantly push and support me.
What words of wisdom would you share with the underclassmen music students? - Do what makes you happy regardless of what people think.
