What are your plans for after high school (college, major, job, etc.)? - I will be attending UNE in the fall to major in Pre-medicine and following the path to becoming a physician’s assistant.
What is your favorite piece(s) that you’ve performed in high school? - My favorite was the Christmas piece we played my sophomore year in concert band called, “Holiday Cheer”.
What is your favorite musical moment in high school? - My favorite moment in band was being able to do Secret Santa with the band members each December.
How has being involved in the high school music department impacted you? - Being in band gave me support and an escape from the stress of school.
What words of wisdom would you share with the underclassmen music students? - Practice, practice, practice. You can’t over practice a song, especially pep band and jazz band pieces.
