What are your plans for after high school (college, major, job, etc.)? - I will be returning to Kyrgyzstan and going to college.
What is your favorite piece(s) that you’ve performed in high school? - My favorite piece in band has been “Transformers”. My favorite song in chorus is “The Awakening
What is your favorite musical moment in high school? - My favorite music moment this year has been being part of the musical, “Mamma Mia!”.
How has being involved in the high school music department impacted you? - Chorus and band classes gave me an opportunity to enjoy my exchange school year at Gardiner. I met my good friends and learned a lot from them as well.
What words of wisdom would you share with the underclassmen music students? - The sooner you learn your hardest piece of music, the easier it gets.
