The Yellow Tulip Project: Hope Blooms
The Yellow Tulip Project is a national non-profit organization smashing the stigma surrounding mental illness, building community, and bringing hope. Gardiner Thrives collaborated with GAHS to bring this project to the community in order to raise awareness for mental health, realize we are not alone, and take care of ourselves while making connections with others. The garden has been added to the national Yellow Tulip Project map. Pictured above are some of the staff and students who helped plant the bulbs. We have enjoyed the blooms and the message they bring during Mental Health Awareness Month.
