What are your plans for after high school (college, major, job, etc.)? - I will be majoring in astronomy at the University of Maine at Orono.
What is your favorite piece(s) that you’ve performed in high school? - My favorite piece for band has been “The Legend of Sleepy Hallow”. For chorus my favorite piece has been “House at Pooh Corner”.
What is your favorite musical moment in high school? - My favorite moment would probably be when Diane Lane called down to the music room on the intercom and just randomly started singing “Thank You for Being a Friend” during chorus rehearsal.
How has being involved in the high school music department impacted you? - I have developed a larger appreciation for music and those involved in the classes.
What words of wisdom would you share with the underclassmen music students? - Enjoy it while you can because the years really do fly by (that’s super cheesy and disgusting but it’s true!)
