
Memory Book update: Memory Books for the 2019-20 school year have arrived at school! All students returning to HT in the fall will receive their Memory Books when we come back together in September. Thank you to our PTA for the generous purchase of a Memory Book for each of our students!

Second Step offers a three-week online summer camp including research-based activities that help kids learn about science, social studies, math, and more. The activities also teach social-emotional skills that can help all kids ages 1–14 cope with big feelings and other challenges they may face. The Maine Department of Education has released a special video message from Maine Education Commissioner Pender Makin and other key leaders from the Department to encourage and remind the people of Maine to provide input for ensuring a safe return to classroom instruction. https://www.msad11.org/article/269250?org=gahs

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Kennebec Valley is participating in the Summer Food Service Program. Meals will be provided to all children FREE of CHARGE and are the same for all children regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability, and there will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service.
Beginning Monday, June 22 - August 21, meals will be provided, at a first come, first serve basis, Monday through Friday from 11:00-12:00. Meals will be available for curbside pick up only, due to COVID-19.

For children entering PRE-KINDERGARTEN in August, we will conduct their screening the week of August 30th-September 3rd. We will use recommendations from the Maine Department of Education in order to comply with the Governor's Orders and make the experience a safe one!
