AP TESTING
A reminder for students and parents that students have until November 1st, 2023 to reach out to guidance about which AP Test they would like ordered. There is a $40 deposit required for each exam ordered.

Wednesday 9/27/23: Just a reminder that GAHS has an Open House tonight from 4:30-6pm. The Counseling Office is hosting a Senior Parent Meeting at 6pm in the Library.
No appointments needed to meet your students teachers. You can have your student escort you around the building, or you can find their schedule on Powerschool https://msad11.powerschool.com/public/home.html If you need assistance accessing Powerschool please email mgregoire@msad11.org prior to 2pm today, or visit the main office upon your arrival.

Angela Hardy, MSAD 11 Director of Instruction: Due to excessive heat in our classrooms and buses, MSAD 11 schools will be dismissed early today. Some areas have air conditioning, but a majority of our learning spaces do not. With the high humidity and heat conditions, Gardiner High School and Middle School will be dismissing at 11:00 a.m. and the Elementary Schools will be dismissing at 12:00 p.m.
Gardiner Area High School will be hosting an Open House on Wednesday, September 27th from 4:30-6:00pm. The guidance department will also be hosting a Parent Night for Seniors during this time.

Pat Hopkins, MSAD 11 Superintendent of Schools: Today, Thursday, September 7, school will be dismissed early due to the heat. While a few of our buildings have pockets of air conditioning, the majority of our classrooms do not and three days into this weather pattern, we have classrooms in the 90’s and buses that are even hotter. Gardiner Area High School and Gardiner Regional Middle School will be dismissed today at 11 am and the elementary schools will be dismissed at 12 noon. No pm pre-k. I apologize for the inconvenience.
