Due to the icing that is occurring after surfaces are plowed this morning, there will be a 2 hour delay and there will be NO morning PreK in MSAD 11 today (3/4/2026). We need more time to treat surfaces in order to safely move our buses and treat our school parking lots.
Please join us at GAHS for a parent meeting and learn how to support your child's transition to Gardiner Area High School for the 2026-2027 school year.

Dear Families,
This morning, Gardiner Area High School conducted a Shelter-in-Place training drill in partnership with our School Resource Officer and several local law enforcement agencies. As part of the exercise, K9 units were present on campus to participate in the training.
During the drill, students and staff remained in their classrooms, and instruction continued as scheduled. The purpose of this exercise was twofold: to provide valuable training for participating law enforcement agencies and to allow us to proactively respond to growing drug-related concerns within our broader community.
The safety of our students and staff remains our highest priority. All procedures were carried out in accordance with district policies, and the drill was completed successfully.
We appreciate your continued partnership and support as we work to maintain a safe and secure learning environment for all.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the main office.
Sincerely,
Lauren Arnold
GAHS Principal
